Jen Bailey is a dynamic business leader who proves success doesn’t require fitting into a corporate mold. With a corporate career spanning nearly 20 years across large organizations and impactful community engagement focused on her passion of pets and women in business, she drives strategic initiatives that enhance business performance while keeping people and her authentic self at the center.

Jen is the Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Shared Services at Allina Health in Minneapolis and holds the position of Governance Chair for Mission Animal Hospital in Eden Prairie.

She is an active mentor with the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, TeamWomen and Allina Women Empowered ERG.

She lives in White Bear Lake with her husband and two rescue pups, Gilly and Mabel. Her favorite job is being Fun Auntie to her 7 nieces and nephew.
